Joe Polino is a native of the central coast, having grown up in Arroyo Grande, graduated from Arroyo Grande High School, and then proceeded on to graduate from Cal Poly in 1991. While at Cal Poly Joe earned a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial technology with a focus on production management. 

After leaving Cal Poly, Joe quickly moved into management roles with several local companies, culminating in over 20 years of management and customer service experience. “My management experiences have taught me that there is more to be learned from listening than talking. Therefore, I seek to be a very attentive listener to my clients needs, such that I can help structure the correct transaction for every unique situation.” 

While working on his career in business management Joe was fortunate to meet the love of his life, Lisa; who would later become his extremely patient, and tolerant wife. Together they are raising three boys aged 8,10 and 21. “My experiences with the stresses associated with working and raising children on the Central Coast have truly enabled me to relate with my customers’ concerns about keeping their household expenses as low as possible.” To this end, Joe works diligently to help structure his clients’ loan transactions to provide the lowest payment with the best loan products available.   

Joe is available by cell phone and appointment after regular work hours should a client want an appointment in the evenings or weekends.
